We engaged McMurdo Consultants to help analyse and review the Hotel and Resorts sales teams and structure as the initial stage in a Sales Transformation process. A substantial and detailed approach that reviewed all aspects of the sales business from sales strategy planning to front line sales execution.

McMurdo Consultants developed a robust and detailed report that highlighted both short and longer term actions – from sales team direction and focus, to structure, roles, people development, recruitment and new sales tools, some of which have already been executed upon.

An initial sales strategy session with senior sales leaders has been conducted which highlighted key focus areas for 2020/21.

Plans have now been developed to execute on the recommendations in partnership with David into the future.

There is no doubt that the approach undertaken has accelerated the transformation process.
